These terms explain how you may use MySakhi, including the app, website, Sakhi companion, content library, community surfaces, and subscription features.
Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or using MySakhi, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.
Not Medical Care
MySakhi is a wellness and meditation companion. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, or crisis counselling. Please speak with a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions or symptoms that concern you.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. You may delete your account from the app under Profile > Settings, or contact privacy@mysakhi.life for help with data deletion.
Subscriptions and Purchases
Premium subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play where applicable. Prices, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the store where you purchased. You can cancel through your device subscription settings.
Content Library
MySakhi content is provided for personal wellness use only. You may listen privately through approved MySakhi surfaces. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast our audio, artwork, text, or recommendations without written permission.
Community Circles
Community features are for supportive, respectful conversation. Do not post harassment, medical misinformation, spam, personal attacks, or another person's private information. We may remove content or limit access to keep the community safe.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse MySakhi, attempt to break security, scrape private data, reverse engineer protected features, impersonate others, or use the service for illegal or harmful activity.
Privacy
Your use of MySakhi is also governed by our Privacy Policy. It explains what we collect, how we use it, and how you can request access, correction, export, or deletion.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the product grows. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you through the app, website, or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
